The Yard House may be a chain and it's located in a huge "open air lifestyle center" on the suburban fringe of the city, but I really didn't mind too much. Great restaurant, great beers, I'll keep going here as long as they're open. This part can get expensive and probably requires a DD for the night if you really start trying things, but when you're like me and you have kids, hitting up happy hour at 4:30 on a Tuesday and being able to order a Ballast Point Sculpin IPA for a reasonable price is enough to make it worth it. There is a location over in West Valley at Westgate if you live on the west side of town. Then you can get great appetizers and pizza for basically 5-8 dollars a dish.
